Lillian Gerken

Passed away suddenly early Thursday morning at her residence.
Age 72 years. Lillian Miller was born Sept. 11, 1894, in Bridgeport
Township and had been a lifelong Saginaw County resident. She was married
to William Gerken Dec. 26, 1915, in Detroit. He passed away March
4, 1947. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Swan Creek.
Surviving are one son, Allen J. Gerken, Saginaw; ihree grand-children,
Bruce, Cathy and Janet Gerken, all of Saginaw; one sister and one brother,
Miss Edna Miller, Saginaw; John Miller, Los Angeles, Calif. Funeral service
will take place 3 p.m. Sunday at the Reitz Funeral Home. Rev. Herbert C.
Kuske will officiate, with entombment in Oakwood Mausoleum. Friends tony
