Gerken, Mrs. Marguerite G.
Saginaw, Michigan.
Passed away 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5, 1970, at General Hospital,
Bay City, following a short illness. Age 60 years. Marguerite
G. Gust was born April 23, 1910, in Merrill, Wis. She was a registered
Nurse, and was employed at the Colonial Nursing Home. She was a member
of Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Saginaw, and the Michigan Nurses Association.
Surviving are one daughter, Miss Ruth Gerken, Bay City;
two son, John F. Gerken, Saginaw; Robert H. Gerken, Bay City; three grandchildren,
Alan, Casandra and Craig Gerken, one brother, Robert F. Gust, Cadillac.
Funeral service will take place 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Gethsemane Lutheran
Church. Saginaw. Rev. O. J. Ekert will officiate with burial in Green
Ridge Cemetery, Bay City. Friends may call at the Penzien-Vallender
Funeral Home, 608 N. Madison Ave., Bay City. Those who so desire,
may give memorials to the Gethesemane Lutheran Church. |
