Bank, Mrs. Mollie W.

Passed away Monday morning, Jan. 1, 1979, at the Lutheran
Home in Frankenmuth after a lingering illness. Age 82 years.
Mollie W. Gerken was born May 8, 1896 in Saginaw. She was married to Mr.
Ernest Bank June 2, 1920 in Saginaw. He passed away Feb. 15, 1975.
She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Surviving are one daughter,
Mrs. Walter D. (Shirley) Graebner, Frendwoods, Tex.; one grandson, Steven
Graebner, with the U. S. Marine Corps.; one great-grandson; several nieces
and nephews. A granddaughter, Carol Ann Graebner, predeceased her.
Funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Jan.
3, 1979, at the Reitz Funeral Home, 1550 Midland Road between Gratiot and
State. Rev. Frederick J. Wood will officiate with burial in Roselawn
Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3:00
to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and on Wednesday until the time of service.
Memorials may be given to the Redeemer Lutheran Church or the Lutheran
Home in Frankenmuth. |
