System Status

Our main bistribution tower was hit by lightning and equipment was severly damaged. We have some backup (buy slower) equipment in place to route traffic but it will be slowed down for a few days. Replacement equipment is on the way and restoring the services affected is our #1 priority.

Endless Journey Internet will never send out an email asking you for your password. Any questions we have for you about your account will be addressed by a phone call. All correspondence from Endless Journey will contain an employees name, company name, address, phone number, and email. If you recieve any email that does not contain this information, or that asks for your account information, delete it immediately.

PHONES ARE OUT 9/15/2011

Hundreds of Cynergy business and residentail customers are without phones since last night due to an equipment failure located in the AT&T Central Office in Gladwin. Due to this failure, you will receive a "busy signal" when calling Endless Journey. At this time, there is no timeframe for the restoration of services.

If you are in need of help, our office is open from 9am to 5pm. Stop in and see us.

Multiple Weather Related Outages

Due to the current weather conditions and conditions from this weekend.s snow and ice, many of our Wireless Access Points are not accepting client connections. If you have Endless Journey Wireless Internet service and do not have an internet connection at this time, it is most likely weather related. What causes this is a sheet of ice that has formed on the surface of the Access Point antenna and reflects the signals and not absorbs them. At this it is not safe to climb the towers to try to remove the ice. Please do not try to remove the ice from your antennas as well. We will be waiting for temperatures to rise and help with the icing situation. No ETA on full service restoration as it is entirely weather dependant.
